About Me

I am passionate about learning. Learning about you and your story. Learning new ways to perfect my craft. Learning when to fiercely advocate and when to quietly listen. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), my business is behavior change and I believe that goals are best realized when built upon one's strengths. The training and experience I have received and developed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) has enhanced my empathic communication style to create a well-rounded approach that is focused on helping you, or your loved one, live a value-directed life.

I have extensive experience working with people living with a variety of mental illness and/or developmental disabilities in their homes, schools, day programs, and job sites throughout greater Chicago-land. My areas of expertise include Clinical Behavior Analysis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, staff training, organizational management, family counseling and parent training, and clinical supervision. I currently serve as a board member of the Illinois Association for Behavior Analysis and am active in various professional organizations.
