Meet Claire
Claire’s journey in the disability field began during her undergraduate studies when she worked as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with both young and older adults. During graduate school, she shifted her focus to working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with children. Through these experiences, she discovered a passion for working with adolescents and young adults, as well as a deep interest in shaping support systems that reflect the voices and values of those they serve. She is especially committed to reimagining service delivery in ways that honor autonomy, promote dignity, and center the lived experience. Outside of her academic and clinical work, Claire enjoys reading, playing card and board games, discovering new coffee shops, and spending time with her cat.
