Our Approach

At Behavioral Learning, we specialize in a neurodiversity-affirming approach to counseling and behavior support for tweens, teens, adults, and families. Our vision is to create a world where the stigmas associated with receiving mental and behavioral health services are no more. We believe that every individual deserves to be seen, heard, and respected for who they are. Our work is rooted in the understanding that behavior is a form of communication, and our goal is to support meaningful, individualized growth in ways that honor each person’s unique identity and lived experience.

Our therapeutic framework is grounded in third-wave behavior analytic support, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As counselors, social workers, and behavior analysts, we integrate evidence-based practices with data-driven decision making to guide compassionate, personalized care.

We are committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and empowering environment where clients feel supported in making values-based changes. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to our mission; we celebrate human differences and are dedicated to providing care that affirms your rights and dignity.
