Carlene is the Executive Assistant to our Founder and Chief Clinical Officer. Based in the Philippines, she began her career as a Quality Assurance Analyst before transitioning to education as a Special Science Teacher. Later, she became a Professional Food Technologist, further strengthening her expertise in science and analytical thinking. Her diverse background honed her organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, qualities she now brings to her role.

Carlene keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring the team can focus on providing quality mental and behavioral health care. She values teamwork, attention to detail, and enjoys creating systems that make work easier and more efficient, believing that even small improvements can make a big difference.
Outside of work, she has a deep appreciation for music, loves to travel, and enjoys preparing meals for her family. She’s always eager to learn new skills and find smarter ways to stay organized, believing that balance and structure go hand in hand.
