1. Individual Counseling

Guided by the principles of behavior analysis and framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), our individual work together will begin with values clarification. Values help establish the direction you want to move toward and setting clear goals will help you get there. ACT is a third-wave approach to behavior change and seeks to help you develop a new relationship with your thoughts and emotions to ultimately provide a path out of suffering and into life!

Our outpatient program offers fully remote services through our HIPAA compliant platform. We currently support individuals with a wide-range of diagnoses with a primary focus on improving emotional regulation. Examples include, but are not limited to: 

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Anxiety

  • ADHD

  • Depression

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • As well as many others.
