Kim is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) with a strong commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs. Originally from the south side of Chicago, Kimberly brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to her community. She earned her Master of Social Work degree through the University of Michigan’s School of Social Work, further enhancing her ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. Her professional journey reflects a passion for advocacy, empowerment, and creating inclusive environments where individuals can thrive.

Meet Kim
Kim approaches personal and professional spaces with compassion and curiosity. Always an advocate for her clients, Kim has an extensive background in navigating State-funded services for people diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Some of the professional roles Kim has held include direct support, case management, department management, grant writing, waiver funding acquisition and the coordination of public benefits and entitlements with a passion for connecting families with appropriate resources for their loved ones. She is a strong advocate for meaningful/ least restrictive service provision. When she isn’t working, Kim enjoys reading, going to concerts. engaging in HIIT for fitness, spending free time with her family and drinking coffee!
